Well I don't know if there is a hell or not. I have no idea if one kills themselves what the consquences are, maybe it far more worse than us humans believe.
There is a philiospher by the name of Camus who thought the world was obsurd and his question was is it ok for someone to kill themselves. He conlcuded that if a person killed themselves then they are only admitting that they are part of the absurd world.
Someone who doesn't kill themselves is fighting against the obsurd world.
Camus goes into alot of details but basically he believes that a person should keep living and fight against to obsurd world. We can all make the world a better place by staying here, but if we kill ourselves we are adding to the obsurd world.
So as far as being punished afterwards I don't know about all that. The kind of memory we will leave behind would be enough for me not to kill myself. I don't want people to think of me as the nice girl who didn't seem to have problems, I just can't believe she killed herself. Or something along those lines.
For me the memory alone left behind is punishment. After life, who knows.

No if they were good. Years ago they were having trouble with people committing suicide, so the church put it out if they committed suicide they would go to hell. People that commit suicide are usually hurting real bad. They need help, so they need to talk to someone or go do something they enjoy, because things always will get better in time. Life is full of ups and downs. But dead is DEAD. No more enjoying looking at the miracles of life itself. Just the small things that are so beautiful.

God's will for us with all that he did was for us to be strong and prevail against all odds! I think everyone at one time or another has reached their ending point but this is not the answer. YOU, yourself need to get up and turn things around even when it seems hopeless. As far as going to hell...that's what they say but who knows? I do know that God frowns on weakness and he gave up a lot for us to prevail. I would suggest you go talk to someone. I have had my whole world crash before and talking to someone really helped and got me motivated to get out of it...even if it wasn't my fault. LIFE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT, NOT WHAT GETS HANDED TO YOU. Please stay strong and seek some help. Good Luck and take care!

That depends on whether they believed in God and His son Jesus or not. If that person believed, then no that person is in Heaven. But if that person didn't believe, then yes that person went to Hell.
Many Christian people have the false meaning of suicide. They think that if someone takes their own life they automatically go to Hell. This is not always the case.
No human being on this earth has the right to say someone is going to Hell or not. We are not the ultimate judge, only God is. Yes He does care very deeply for all of His children and He knows what goes on in our lives individually. He takes all of our actions into consideration when we die. But the Bible teaches us that if we choose not to believe in God and His son Jesus Christ, then we shall not live in Heaven, our permanent dwelling shall be in Hell.
It's up to us as individuals to choose whether we believe in God and His son or not. God understands all things and knows what we go thru on a daily basis. He does care about us very much. But because He gave us the right of choice, He doesn't interfere into our lives like some of the t.v. shows or movies we see on t.v. that shows He intervenes. Life is tough for all of us. But the key to true living is the faith and belief we have in God and His son Jesus. For our home on earth is only temporary, but our home in Heaven is permanent, if we choose to only believe.
God knows the minds and hearts of all people. He knows who is good or bad. Humans often can't tell who is good or bad in each other. God is the ultimate judge and it is His call where we go when we die.
Good luck to you and I hope I was somewhat helpful.

People who commit suicide are basically taking a life, their own, so that is killing (murder).
Of course God knows what brought them to that point, and He wants them to come to Him. Of course He cares, He is God.
People need to be honest with themselves and see how they create some of the garbage in their lives that brings them to certain points of despair. Others need to understand that life is not easy and sometimes it throws us some real curve balls without doing anything wrong. Either way, God is there waiting for them to come to Him. He is a comfort, a guide and wants the best for us. We just need to listen, follow and do what's right (as described in the Bible). Then, our lives are much easier and we are more content.

Apparently they don't go to hell but to a place called purgatory, sometimes also called limbo. It's a place of temporary punishment, where their souls will be purified and then sent on to heaven, how long this takes depends on how impure the soul was in the first place

God does care! he never leaves his children alone, it is up to us as individuals to seek him ask him to help and take the pain from you and he will. I suggest taking out the bible and just opening it anywhere and start reading it usually will help you with sorting your feelings and ease your mind. Speak to a pastor or priest I promise God loves us all
