i hve known my g/f for about two years now.i met her in mcdonalds, the way she was drinking her milk shake was too much for me ,so i went over to her and asked her name. so we got on from there.anyway, the first few months were fine i was nice to her and she enjoyed being around me.but i have noticed she is telling me that im being nasty towards her recently and it has made me think. i call her things like lil piggy, my pooey bear, etc which she didn't mind at first but now gets very upset.i don't swear or phisicaly harm her but now im wondering if my name calling at her is getting out of control. am i being to nasty towards her or is she useing my name calling as an excuse to leave me like she said she will do?

Lil piggy might not be the best name to call her, she might think you are calling her fat. I think there is more to this story than her getting upset about you calling her Lil Piggy. But if what you say is all that happened then it sounds like to me like she is looking for an excuse. Just sit her down and talk to her and ask her what is going on between you guys and if she doesn't like something you are doing then have her tell you what it is and tell her you will try to fix it.

I don't think you're being nasty towards her. Maybe you should stop using lil piggy, lol. But other than that I don't think you're being nasty at all. Maybe if you stop using any name like that she'll stop. Just use common ones like, honey, sweetie, or baby. If that doesn't work I would talk to her about why she's getting so upset. You guys should be able to talk it out. Hope that helped!

Good Luck!

Those childish names couldn't be the only cause. I know for a fact that a cute little nickname can, over-time, become annoying and possibly insulting.
If she says she's going to leave you just because of the names, I'm sure there is something else. You should talk to her. Sit her down and apologize for anything you might have done and ask her to open up.
If you get through this and it all works, you should come out an even stronger couple.

Best of luck to you!

OK, you are just being ridiculous here...

If she doesn't like it, why do you do it? If you want the relationship to work, then you don't do things that annoy the heck out of your partner.

If you don't want it to work, keep doing it, and she will leave you...with no effort on your part.

I think that you are not sure about the relationship yourself, so you are doing things to sabotage it so you don't have to be the "bad" guy. You may not even know you are doing it.

ought to be "drawn and quartered"! till 1814, the entire punishment for the crime of treason replaced into to be hanged, drawn and quartered in that the condemned prisoner could be: Dragged on a hurdle (a wood physique) to the situation of execution. (it extremely is one possible meaning of drawn.) Hanged via the neck for a quick time or till almost lifeless (hanged). Disembowelled and emasculated and the genitalia and entrails burned till now the condemned's eyes. Beheaded and the physique divided into 4 factors (quartered). often, the ensuing 5 factors (i.e. the 4 quarters of the physique and the pinnacle) have been gibbeted (positioned on public show) in distinctive factors of the city, city, or, in properly huge-unfold situations, interior the country, to discourage could-be traitors who had no longer considered the execution. After 1814, the convict could be hanged till lifeless and the mutilation could be carried out autopsy. Gibbeting replaced into later abolished in England in 1843, mutually as drawing and quartering replaced into abolished in 1870. there is debate between modern-day historians approximately whether "drawing" pronounced the dragging to the situation of execution or the disembowelling, yet on account that 2 distinctive words are used interior the solid documents detailing the trial of William Wallace ("detrahatur" for drawing as a means of delivery, and "devaletur" for disembowelment), there is not any doubt that the topics of the punishment have been disembowelled.

If you like using a pet name, maybe you could use a nicer one. Possibly even one that you both agree on. If you do that, and she still leaves, then you'll know it was more than just the name calling.

Maybe they honestly Do bother her. Try calling her something that doesnt refer to being a big eater, or being Big, or anything like that. Why not try the standard "Sweetie" or "Hun" for a little bit, see how she takes to it.

Also I would suggest you tactfully apologize for the other "nicknames" Just a thought
