I assume this is a serious question and not some as*hat wasting time.

It is called a rectal fistula. It is possible for urine to make its way out of the urethra to the rectum. Normally your rectum and urethra do not communicate under any circumstances - including dehydration.

If you are excreting urine from your rectum (or the other way around), it requires a surgical procedure to correct. It can be dangerous as your feces is mostly bacteria, some of it can potentially make you very ill if its in the wrong place.

Urine on the other hand is sterile (free of bacteria) and being innoculated with bacteria in the bladder could lead to a very serious infection including in your kidneys and entire body. Go to a doctor to have your condition evaluated. Good luck.

You call this a fistula. It is when a hole erodes thru your bowel then connects with your urinary bladder. The contents of the colon spill into the bladder.
Strangely enough people do this once in awhile. Recently I had a male pt who came in with abdominal pain and I was standing there when the surgeon came in after reviewing his CT scan and asked him if he was passing gas thru his penis. The man said "yes"! Turns out he had a fistula. He had big surgery and stayed in the hospital for about 10 days. You could see stool in his foley bag before the surgery.
I also seen it 2 more times after this. The surgeon sent the last lady home on antibiotics and a catheter and scheduled her for surgery in about 2 weeks to close the connecting fistula. I thought she would become septic off the poop in her bladder, but they were not worried about it and they waited because they wanted to give her very bad diverticulities some time to calm down. She was actually allowed to eat and drink just like a normal person, but was pooping into her urinary bladder.
Oh yeah, I am a RN and worked on a surgical floor when I seen all of this. Crazy isn't it? They call it an associated colovesicular fistula I think. I imagine it takes awhile for the to organs to connect and connect a hole.
Heck, 2 yrs ago, a lady felt a pop and came to the hospital because she was oozing thru a hole that popped thru what she thought was a boil on her abdomen. We put a colostomy bag over it and took her to surgery and she made a fistula from her intestines out her abdominal wall. She was pooping thru a hole in her abdominal wall which just popped up. She made her own colostomy hole without the surgery. Now explain that one! Off to CT scan and there it was bigger than life, a poop hole in her abdomen.

Anatomically this cannot happen.......

Assuming someone was urinating and deficating out of the same hole, I would be inclined to rush them straight to a doctor because something would be seriously wrong.

Due to the composition of both urine and faeces, it would be highly dangerous and could lead to toxcicity of the blood!

I'm hoping this is a generally "I was just wondering" question and not a serious one cause you would need an ER or medical center for this one

I call it butt pee. I just had the stomach flu and that's what happened. It is also a sign of severe dehydration. Drink Pedialyte, it will help restore the elctrolytes in your system so that everything comes out from where it should
