sparkpeople.com is a free weightloss support site. You can track everything from calories eaten to calories burned. There are also lots of articles to help you out, and if you have a question about ANYTHING, there are experts that will help you out. Also, there are plenty of people on that site in the same boat as you. It's a very motivating site :-) I'm on it, and if you want to join, you can add me as a reference if you'd like. My sn on that site is 140_to_105.

Good luck!

really you do.not counting liquid energy is a complication-loose mistake.people may also forget to account for sauces and dressings etc. that is really ordinary to gradually placed on weight by ingesting some cans of well-known coke etc. daily and alcohol can be a huge ingredient too. evaluate this: 1g Carbs = 4 energy 1g Protein = 4 energy 1g fat = 9 energy with 1g alcohol = 7 energy (close to to ingesting fat) you will discover the effect ingesting wine $ beer could have or blending alcohol and those carbonated beverages. So yep they actually matter number!!

Track your intake at fitday.com. If you can't find the nutritional information you need from that site, you can find it at calorieking.com and enter it in at fitday.com.
