I just read an article the other day that indicated that drinking regular dark tea helps break it down. Just plain old Lipton tea bags. So, I am going to try that. Doing sit-ups each evening before going to sleep also helps. I usually do them in bed before going to sleep. Easier on the back! I had stopped for a long time and now am paying for it.
Eat an early dinner at least three to four hours before going to bed.
As I am not getting any younger, it is harder and harder to take it off and keep it off.
It is the hardest area of the body to lose it from unfortunately.

The circumference of the belly should not exceed 100 cms.
Abdominal girth is the measurement of the distance around the abdomen at a specific point, usually at the level of the belly button (navel). Abdominal girth can be an objective measurement of abdominal swelling.
Eat a low-cholesterol, low-fat diet. This kind of diet includes cottage cheese, fat-free milk, fish (not canned in oil), vegetables, poultry, egg whites, and polyunsaturated oils and margarines (corn, safflower, canola, and soybean oils). Avoid foods with excess fat in them such as meat (especially liver and fatty meat), egg yolks, whole milk, cream, butter, shortening, lard, pastries, cakes, cookies, gravy, peanut butter, chocolate, olives, potato chips, coconut, cheese (other than cottage cheese), coconut oil, palm oil, and fried foods.
Distention resulting from a heavy meal will go away when the food is digested. Eating in moderation will help prevent swelling.
For distention caused by swallowing air, awareness often leads to self-control. Eat slowly, avoid carbonated beverages, avoid chewing gum or sucking on candies, avoid drinking through a straw, or sipping the surface of a hot beverage.
For distention caused by malabsorption, try changing diets and reducing milk consumption. Consult your doctor.
For irritable bowel syndrome, increase dietary fiber, decrease emotional stress, and consult your doctor.
For distention resulting from other causes, follow prescribed therapy to treat the underlying cause.

Do "crunches", safe sit ups. Be wise. Don't hurt your back and build up slowly. This will strengthen your abdominal muscles and reduce fat deposits.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
