when you exersise you usually get rid of the fat everywhere else but the thighs.i have heard that crossing your legs (at the knee) causes thigh fat, so if you cross your legs try not to, if that doesnt apply to you it did to me and it worked. but if you dont cross your legs try to do a lot of upper leg exersises, that should do the trick
-hope i help and good luck

Hey, first of all check your diet. Are you consuming really excess fat say chicken, mutton and all the fried stuff? Stop or reduce that. Then you may go for jogging on regular basis. It is not an overnight job. You have to put in some efforts. I myself have found football and badminton and cycling quite good for shaping up the thighs after reducing their fat. Most important, if you can do SKIPPING is the most powerful and effective measure to reduce fat from the thighs. But be sure after work-out you may not again indulge in over-eating. So it is your body, and only you can do justice with it, if you want to keep yourself fit for long.

Sorry but diet and exercise is the only way. I have fat on my thighs but no where else and I have been in the diet and exercise industry for 12 years and I still have the problem. In the past the best remedy is a lower fat diet combined with exercise. Clean eating and weight training will work.

I too carry most of weight in my hip and thigh area. The best solution is to increase your cardio making sure to train within your target heart range about 5x a week for at least 45 minutes. Also you have to add area specific strength training exercises. Try incorporating 3 sets x 15 reps (3 times a week) of lunges and squats. These are basic exercises but when executed properly really help tone the thighs.

Unfortunately, it's not true that you can target fat. You can reduce your overall fat, you can build muscle locally, but you can't reduce (or add) fat locally -- otherwise, all women would have really large breasts without surgery.
Doing weight-training three times a week will build lean muscle mass, and improve metabolism. It will also help reshape your body -- a good personal trainer can focus your exercises to help you build muscle in the areas where you're flabbiest.
The easiest way to lose weight is cardiovascular exercise. Forty-five minutes a day on an elliptical machine will drop a couple of pounds a week by itself.
A pound of fat equals 3500 calories. Weight gain or loss is equal to calories consumed minus calories expended. Simply put, short of amputation or death, diet and exercise is the only way to lose weight. Keep track of what it is you're eating. If you limit yourself to (Your weight in pounds x 10) - 500, you'll lose a pound a week that way -- but make sure you're getting your minimum amount of protein, because protein insufficiency can be very dangerous to your health. It's easier to cut back on calories if you're eating filling foods that are high in volume (e.g., vegetables and fruits and water-based soups), substituting high-fiber complex carbs for sugar and simple carbs, and drinking lots of non-caloric beverages. Cutting the sodium in your diet to 1000 mg/day will reduce your water retention and your blood pressure.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
