ahh well.. depends. If you think that she and him would be better together then let him go . & if she talks about him constantly and says she loves him.. then .. yah. AND. if they've already went out hes OFF LIMITS TO YOU. but.if they havent then.
Get to know him, talk to him, give him signs your interested, ask him out or whatever, and let your friend get over it . You cant always get what you want yah know?

OMG. The same thing is happening to me!!! Right now. I am so scared because I don't know if my friend will tell the guy first because like I liked him 4 ever (nd she always copies my crushes) But anyway back to you.... What I did is I told my mom which helped a lot She said to ask the boy out not on a date but just hanging with and invite 1 other boy nd 1 other girl(not ur BFF if she likes him))so if things don't go too well you can all just talk. Don't go to a movie b/c it will be awkward w/ all the silence nd you wont find out anything about him, so get ice-cream or something. If things go well I would tell ur friend what you did nd see how she responds. If she gets mad she might not be your bff but if she is OK w/ it ask him out again but only u 2. You can have your man and ur BFF!!!

were the same problem , and i told the whole world that i love this boy , last nite we had a dinner with the boy and my best friend and some more friends , after dinner im the 1st to say goodbye , im going bye every1, my best friend ask me hey have u forgot something , i go back and say, nothing i forgot just a kiss from him (boy) the boy said come here ill kiss u b4 u go, a surprise to every1 then suddenlly he atand up and come to me and hug me , every1 is shouting

Let the guy decide. But don't get mean to her if it isn't you or if he chooses you don't rub it in her face. At least you will see if your friendship can last through something like this of not it wasn't a very good friendship to begin with.
