ive eaten lunch same place for months. when should i introduce myself to the staff? we all know each other by looks at this stage and its getting embarrassing.

Just say, Hi I'll have the usual, they already know who you are. You dont want to get to personal with these people. Yes their waiting on you, due to them working at the restraunt. Thats it, they wont remember you outside of work.

why would u introduce yourself to the staff jus a smile and hi is OK gets creepy if u wanna exchange names etc prob loads a people go there everyday for lunch are they meant to remember everyones name???

How about the next time you go there? If you don't do it now it will keep getting more awkward each time you go back.

Introduce yourself to them after seeing them regularly. Just say, "Hello "James" / "Amy", how are you today?"
