What we percieve as a well formed/groomed body (what ever that might be(short, tall, fat, skinny, shaved, not shaved, etc)) and that they we feel excepted and desired by that woman. A woman who makes us feel like we are someone and respected.
I tried answer this so that it would include the ALL MEN part of the question. I hope it helps.. but was very limited.... are you looking for something more?

I don't think it would be fair to generalize "all" men, since we all have our personal tastes and preferences.
For me, friendliness is the #1 attribute that a woman can possess. If a girl seems cold and unfriendly, then she is no one that I would like to get to know better, even if she is the most attractive woman in the world (externally).
Physically, I like girls who have long hair, are in good shape, and have decent-sized breasts. Generally, I find over 50% of girls around my age (early 20s) to be attractive; when I consider attitude, the percentage of desirable mates out there shrinks down to <10% (in North America, anyway -- girls from other countries seem to be much friendlier than they are here).

what do or what should all men like in women? well, all men like women that in some way satisfy their sexual needs or indeed help them explore the sexual fantasies they,ve heard of, seen or are curious about. i guess compliance may figure as well as obedience and trust. what should a man like, however is far from the above mentioned and most definately not the same like as ALL men. find that man and u may well find your soul mate!

Themselves normally. Seriously smart, caring, sweet, funny, faithful, honest, nice butt, big pretty eyes. The rest is a huge list listed under who I'd like to meet in myspace I think it covers it all.
