No thanks needed. But thanks for mentioning it. As a Vietnam era veteran, I didn't hear that from anyone for a couple of decades.

As a lot of already reported... "thank you" sums all of it up. it particularly is astounding what effectt an uncomplicated word has. A veteran of OIF, i grew to become into fortunate to return abode to grateful people. as quickly as I first have been given out of highschool I moved into an apt on my very own. -long tale short... my neighbor grew to become right into a Vietnam Vet in a wheelchair. After conversing for 20 minutes, I went to depart and reported "thank you" for serving our u . s . a ." He began to cry. no longer understanding what grew to become into happening i began apologizing -afraid I had reported something incorrect or stiired some undesirable memories, He advised me that no person !! had ever advised him that earlier. That broke my coronary heart. i could no longer have confidence this guy had served his u . s . a . and been so injured on a similar time as there and has lived his existence considering then, in no way listening to those words.

I think you just did and I join you in saying thank you to all Veterans near and far who probably don't even realize the amount of recognition they deserve for their service to our country and all of us.
It's Veteran's Day - one special day of recognition - give yourselves a special treat of your choice today to pat yourselves on the back! And know we all appreciate your valor.
