She seems to be a threat to herself and to others, if nothing else, for the breaking into people's houses -- she may not come out alive sometime.
Her family doesn't care, so forget them altogether. If you still love her and want her to get better, I'm afraid YOU are going to have to be very tough and take her to a mental hospital yourself. No amount of cursing, screaming, or crying/bawling should stop you. She needs medical attention NOW. Commit her or find a Dr. that will if you aren't allowed by law. Nobody should have to suffer the hell of mental illness. Always remember, she didn't want it to happen.

Wow, and they let her out huh?
Leave, just leave. I know you feel sorry for her, but she's dragging you down dude.
Call the authorities, tell them to watch out for her, tell her dr.'s as well and leave before she ends up causing harm to you.
You matter too you know.
Warn your neighbors as well so that when you're gone, they can call the police. The more times they are called, the more they will become aware that she needs to be in a ward until she can be diagnosed and treated.
If you love her, truly love her, you will be doing the best for her by making the calls.

Can you explain what the condition is and what causes it please, thanks. the reason is someone mentioned it and said she had it the other day.
it would help a lot of other people understand and actually help you to.
Can i point out though that you are a very brave and understanding person. Not many people would cope in your shoes,
For those who say walk out on her are wrong, yes force her to see someone but walking out on her might make her much worse, it seams like you are all she has.
Get a breather by all means and explore all avenues and then if that don;t work you have tried your best and then leave,

Actually the safest place for her and society would be in a hospital. Her doctor should be able to have her committed even if it's against her will. He can then have her permanently committed. You can get a divorce based on those grounds.
Please do not feel bad. There is nothing you have done, and there is nothing you can do to make her better. These things happen and it's better to move on with your life.

OMG I hate to say this but it seems like you are in a losing battle. Bipolar is a tough one...only seems to get worse. Watch out for your own sanity it can consume you. Get her some real help which it sounds like you have been doing. Good luck!

Love her and get her help, that's all you can do unless you want to take the coward's way out and leave her. I have a friend whose mother is bi polar and she tried to convince her daughter that her boyfriend was dating chicks he met online. The guy didn't even have internet at the time .....
