I'm considering trading my tank of an Excursion for something economical. Okay, a little more economical. A sedan was my choice, since I'm too old for a sporty coupe, and there's only two people in my house, and I already have 3 SUV's, why do I need an Excursion? After all, it was mainly designed for small moms who can't drive. I narrowed it down to two vehicles in my price range. A Lincoln LS, and a Jaguar S-Type 4.2! But I can't decide! Please, help me, Yahooers!

You are asking for an opinion on something more ECONOMICAL? You must have money to burn. Both of the vehicles you mention share the same DEW98 chassis. The Jaguar is about $10,000 more than the LS if I remember correctly. My advice is to go for a test drive in both, and make an informed choice. Both are nice cars to drive. While I can't comment on the Jaguar, I can say that there haven't been any problems with the LS. At least you won 't have to worry about air suspension problems, because the LS is not equipped with it.

Go for the Jag..especially since you don't have to drive it daily...and most probably you will drive weekends, holidays, sun hot days..cost/upkeep is minimal and way much more fun than a lincoln LS..no comparison..Go for the jag you deserve! Life it to short..Have fun and trust me know what I am talking about got one and I ain't no spring chicken.. Good Luck

LINCOLN, because when it's out of warranty the parts for a Jaguar are outrageous, but if you got it like that, then go for the Jag.

that is personal determination, yet i might want to pick the Volvo. Jaguar i trust is owned by Ford and in view that that is the S kind, you may to boot force a Ford. Lincoln is likewise American. My suggestion is to stay remote from American automobiles. eastern or eu is a thanks to flow
