i work in hotel business my friend. and i worked in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Dammam, Zahran and Khobar from 2000 till 2002).
Commis butcher is a lousy job. your job is to take the debris from the Butcher's table and throw them away. it is a stinky, hard no fun job. so if you have this offer, put it in the trash bin and serach for something else.
