The Holy Quran is God's final msg to mankind. You can treat it this way. The First Testament is the beginning. The New testament is the middle And the Holy Qu'ran is the ending that summaries everything. If you really wanna know the true meaning of Islam then you have to study all 3 world major religions and figure it out.

But if its too much for you to input then you can just rely on the Holy Qu'ran. The exact God's word untouched for 1400 years. Muhammad(pbuh) is NOT the author. God is the author. Muhammad(pbuh)'s role is just a messenger who pass these messages to everyone. Just like Jesus(pbuh) did But its currupted by man to unbelievable extent. It's noted that 80% of the Bible is manmade. Thats the reason God gave the last book (Holy Quran) to straighten everything up. And the best part is GOD HIMSELF will protect that book. Not Muhammad(pbuh) not the entire muslims on earth. How? study that.

I'll not quote any verses in the Quran as you are non-believer. Whatever i say you will never believe. But do try to figure it out of knowledge and curiosity. Ask yourself why is it all these 3 religion seems very similar. All 3 came from middle east. Whats seems to be the problem? Why these 3 religion separates? Lastly... why does people say That Islam is the best religion ON EARTH! If you study deep enough, in God's WILL, you'll see the TRUTH!.

I'll GUARANTEE you that you'll find more ans to every of your OWN ques(even personal ques) if you Understand Islam well enough.

I suggest before you start studying on to this, do take some time to know the miracle of that book (Holy Quran)first. Unlike any book available on earth only The Quran have miracles. Not the bible or any other religious books.

Because of the 3 Ibrahimic religions, Islam and Judaism are more authentic, that is to say, both practice in the original language of there creators, The Laws of Leviticus are followed (Because they never stopped being Laws) where is Christianity is more of a European creation. Yes Isa (Jesus) came from the same region of the world as the rest of the prophets but Constantine and the rest adopted this new religion and made it into what they wanted. That is why no churches (that I know of) use Hebrew, though Jesus would, as a Rabbi, know have to know Hebrew and Aramaic which was the dialect of the area he lived in. Christians seem to primarily dwell on the Injil (new testament) which was written after the fact. Maybe they just don't want to have to follow the laws as put down in the Old testament. This is one reason so many of us view Xianity as a fake religion. There really doesn't seem to be much authenticity to it when you consider that Paul, the most vocal writer in the Injil was a self confessed liar and didn't even live until 100 years After Jesus' lifetime. Personally, I cant trust a religion that was organized by the very same people (Romans) that tried to destroy it in the first place.

Yes the old testament is very similar to the Quran. The whole point of the new testament was to make a book to allow Christians and who ever was in power to bend the rules to suit themselves. They are so far from there true religion that to even consider themselves Christians is a joke.

Simply: These are practices that Mohamed "borrowed" from the Jews.

The Qu'ran is mixing and re-telling of stories from the Jewish Bible, the Talmud, the Christian Bible and the scriptures of Zoroastrianism.
All the belief systems that were floating around 6th century Arabia.

As one Jew told me, Islam is basicly a liberal version of Judaism, as in Islam takes out things that would be seen as ritualistic but keeps rules that affect everyone in life such as not to steal, lie, ect. Christianity has no clear rules and Christians constantly contradict each other. Islam believes in one god just like the jews while Christianity believes in 3 gods.

Accordng to Judaism, islam is considered a Noahide faith, other words they believe Islam follows the laws god gave to Noah which are laws all non jews are suppose to follow, thus they will have a place in heaven

It wasn't that some time previous (4 or 5 yrs) that our authorities had to intervene because Egypt develop into going to kill some christian missionaries because of exhibiting non secular books to Islamics. i'm particular in case you requested those residing there that are not Islamic you receives a very diverse photo. Even our infantrymen have non secular regulations placed on them outdoors of the camp. Lebannon is the nearest i have considered to non secular tolerance in any Islamic international locations. yet even they have issues. each and every time a united states of america's regulations are determined completely in line with a faith's perspective there'll be intolerance. imagine of Europe in the course of the Crusades. u.s. develop into in line with christian concepts, no longer doctrine. though there is intolerance that's continuously from personal beliefs, no longer Bible regulations mandated through the authorities. though lots of the regulations are resembling the principals (though shalt no longer kill, and so on.) they are not a similar aspect. If it develop into shall we stone non-christians. lol!

Because Jewish religion, Islam and Christianity have the same origin. First monotheistic religion in the world was Judaism. Christianity started because Jesus as Jew felt that Judaism is not right religion. In the Bible is written that he was critical to Judaism priests. And Jew didn't like him to attack their religion so they killed him. Islam is a different version of Judaism or Christianity.

Jesus was critical to Judaism because he felt that it is corrupted (Jewish priests loved money) and he felt Judaism is a little bit aggressive religion. That is why Christianity don't support revenge...

But we all know that Christian people (in the past or now days) didn't follow Jesus's words.

I can see the logic. TORAH = Old Testament.INJIL = New Testament and QURAN = Final Testament. They are all "PEOPLE OF THE BOOK"=MONOTHEISM. They believe that GOD ALMIGHTY revealed these BOOKS. Muhammad(SAW) was illiterate. He(SAW) was the "The One" prophesized by the "THE PEOPLE OF THE BOOK" as the "The Bringer of Good News". Moses(AS) = Jesus(AS) = Muhamad(SAW) = PROPHETS. Not quite the Neo I hoped for...eheh
