I am trying to connect up my new mobile to my laptop to transfer some files across but I can't get the connection without first activating the visibility setting on the computer. (I think!)
The help page says to simply click on 'start' menu then on 'control panel' then 'printers & other hardware' then 'bluetooth devices' but 'bluetooth devices' isn't there. What am I doing wrong, please?

To detect any bluetooth device, you should install the associated driver. This driver are usually supplied with the peripheral.

Incase you don't have the driver, it could be downloaded from the net.

Also make sure that your device is communicating with the computer. For this you have to activate bluetooth in your device.
