You've probably strained the muscles from all the heaving ... it should feel better in a day or so, but if it doesn't perhaps you should get to the Doctor ...

Quite a while, it is best to rest your stomach and don't eat anything for at least 48 hours. Drink only boiled water. After two days start by eating a cream cracker and gradually eat slightly stronger foods such as toast until you are back eating normally again. This gives your stomach a chance to rest and the germs to pass out of your system.

Think all those poor old stomach muscles you have pulled imagine doing a work out you pull and use muscles you did not know you had, that's how your stomach feels at this moment you will feel fine just give it time and in future take care in what you eat ,check dates etc.hope you are better soon.

If your stomach hasn't healed by monday, you ought to see the doctor. He might simply tell you to rest for a few days, or that its nothing, but its better to be safe than sorry.

If your pains get worse throughout the weekend, then you might want to contact NHS Direct for further advice. They are 24/7.

i would be on the B.R.A.T. diet which is Bannanas, Rice, Apples, Toast. I looked up some imformation about it also. Here it is I hope this helps. But if this continues I would see a doctor.

hello! when you throw up you stomach mucles contract and if you're not use to using these muscles (which it sounds like you aren't) of course they're gonna be sore.
