the might sound crazy, i dont have have asthma but every breath i take i get a pain in the pain in the middle of my chest not sharp but i can still feel..am i safe and how to ease the pain? please help!!!!

You need to see a doctor. Your symptoms could be a problem with your heart. Your symptoms could be pleurisy, an inflammation of the lining of the lungs. Chest pain requires medical attention. Don't fool around asking questions here when you are putting your life at risk.

It may be nothing more than a pulled muscle, however only a doctor can diagnose your problem. I would make an appointment right away. If you've had a cold lately it could be bronchitis or something you may need medication to clear up. You can go to the ER today the quicker you go the better and it will put your mind at ease.
