it is inappropriate for a child to:
disrespect mummy
disrespect mummy
disrespect mummy
disrespect mummy
disrespect mummy
phew! can't think of any others.
of course mummy needs to know the difference between right and wrong, what respect actually is, how not to be unfair, and set a good example for the child. mummy who lacks any of these things, means the child will go la-la in some way shape or form.

i don't think those previous answers were innappropriate... difficult to deal with but not inappropriate.
inappropriate behavior:
sexual actions that suggest inappropriate exposure (children do act sexually, explore themselves, rub against stuffed animals, etc), such as learned behaviors like french kissing, humping people...
hurting themselves (cutting, biting, etc... things not due to "rough play")
crying at odd times
eating innappropriate things/objects on purpose
i don't know what else. i'm sure there's lots of stuff.

oh boy...the arguing & dobbing
ignoring what has been said
some parents allow their kids to act older than their age making the child seem to be a smarty pants
knowing the boundaries & continually over stepping them
Kids shall be kids.............

In our house, in the order of severity, they are:
lying

All of these earn a punishment.
