When you decide not to have sex in a relationship... does that take away the passion? Especially for the guys as they are more practical??

absolutely - erotic sensual touch kisses words licks oils eyes flirting teasing - all of these can contribute to a deeply passionate relationship without the actual act of penetration/insertion. I actually believe the actual insertion is about 5-10% of making love. Orgasms are the real passionate goal and these can be achieved with out actually "doing it"

No a relationship is 50/50 if no sex works for you till you feel ready it's important to find a partner to support you in your decision...

Yes of course, a relationship it not just based on sex. It's based on trust and feelings. You don't need sex to make a relationship work.

Without sex there is no warmness and charm in relationship , yes there is a charm and warmness in relation like brother / sister , parents / children .

passion is sex and sexual/physical stuff-can be passionate but just not AS passionate. plus like WHY?
