If you want to increase your weight from 39kg to 55kg there is a way.
1. Everyday eat also of fat food like chicken, TB or anything that make you fat one.
2. Do not do any exercise when you go out. Example like when you go to swimming with your family then you tell them you don't want to swim. If they want you to swim then you go inside the water there and stand move a little bit. If you move a lot that will burn fat.

Eat plenty of milk, eggs, and meat. Make sure you chew well before swallowing. Monitor your weight, see how you progress. If you're still not gaining any weight, try increasing the number of meals per day. For example, try eating 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3. (This is what a lot of athletes do.)
Also, make sure you don't overdo it. I was once really skinny and decided to gain weight. I didn't get much exercise, and after a few months, I had a nice fat belly, which took a long, long, time to get rid of.

Weight comes from stored calories.
If what you eat isn't burned, you gain weight.
If you move more than you eat, you lose weight.
Wanna gain? Eat more than you move.
(Fats contain almost twice the calories as do carbs,)

please have all dairy products like full creamed milk,egg,butter,cheese,mayonnaise etc..have one glass of milk mixed with raw egg and sugar every morning in empty stomach.and eat all non vegetarian foods like chicken,mutton,beef etc..u can also gain some weight by having snacks items like potato chips,creamy biscuit etc...i hope u will gain ur target very soon.
