Obviously he won't be coming down with thorn on his head and nails on his hands and feet. So how would you recognise him? or will you kill him again perhaps by hanging him or electric chair?

Well the most obvious would be that he'll come with glory and power. However I believe we'll essentially know every saved person in the afterlife (and when Jesus comes back). We get a hint of this from the Transfiguration (Matthew 17; Mark 9) where Elijah and Moses appear, and without introducing themselves and saying "hi I am Elijah" the disciples can tell who it is. Besides, wouldn't it seem funny if we get to heaven and they say, "Hello my name is Noah". I think we'll all know each other, no introductions necessary. Its mere speculation, but some people believe Jesus will still have holes in his hands and feet even when he returns, as a permanent emblem of what he did (recall him having the holes when he appeared to the disciples after the resurrection?). Nonetheless, I'm certain Jesus won't need to introduce himself.

Jesus will come in a cloud and I will be caught up with him. this will be the rapture of the church. The world will know the rapture has occurred because of the lack of true Christians on the earth.

When Christ comes back to this earth I will be coming with him (Revelation 19:14) When he comes back in the spiritual form to take his Bride to the marriage Supper, I will go up with him & then after the marriage supper, Then Jesus Christ & his bride will come back in the Bodily form to rule & reign 1000 yrs. So YES I WILL KNOW HIM WHEN I SEE HIM.

Simple, you would be blinded like Saul, as Christ exist in unapproachable light. So, if such a bright light appears to you and you are suddenly blinded, than perhaps it is him. Of course, it could also be Satan, who Christ said can appear as an angel of light.
