i don't think it states in the Bible that he will choose a bride. from what i know, Jesus Christ is married to the Church. i heard this from the author of "The Purpose Driven Life."

The church, meaning the believers, will be the bride. Read Matthew 13:24-30 and the explanation of it in Matthew 13:36-43. As to which believers are the true ones, God will decide that. It doesn't matter how firmly we believe in our denomination, God is sovereign, and his choice goes beyond what we might speculate. The Church is not an actual congregation so-to-speak, there were actually no churches for several decades after Christ, the first being built at Har Megiddo (where the word Armageddon comes from) by a Roman centurion). The marriage with the church obviously symbolizes a permanent union.

Friend, nuns & Sisters in the catholic church IS NOT the BRIDE OF CHRIST, You ask which one will he pick when he comes back to earth, Freind you need to Read Rev.19:7 & 14, Let us be glad & rejoice & give honour to him for the marriage supper of the Lamb is come & his wife hath made herself ready. 14:And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in FINE linen, White & Clean. Jesus is already chosing his Bride,, He won't wait until he comes back & choose one, He already chosen one That is why the Bride HATH(PAST TENSE) made herself ready, & when Christ returns to rule & reign he will bring his Bride with him, & his Bride is one that came out of sin & made themselves ready & the only way you can be ready Is to see EYE to EYE Isa. 52:8 They will be without spot, wrinkle, or Blemish. Jesus is not coming back for a group of people that has different ideals & argueing about scriptures all the time, That is not a Bride without Blemish

The imagery and symbolism of marriage is utilized to Christ and the body of believers common because the church. those are those who've depended on in Jesus Christ as their personal savior and characteristic received eternal existence. contained in the recent testomony, Christ, the Bridegroom, has sacrificially and lovingly chosen the church to be His bride (Ephesians 5:25-27). purely as there replaced right into a betrothal era in biblical cases in which the bride and groom were separated until eventually the marriage, so is the bride of Christ become independent from her Bridegroom in the course of the church age. Her duty in the course of the betrothal era is to be committed to Him (2 Corinthians 11:2; Ephesians 5:24). on the second one Coming of Christ, the church will be united with the Bridegroom, the pro "wedding ceremony ceremony" will take position and, with it, the eternal union of Christ and His bride will be actualized (Revelation 19:7-9; 21:a million-2).

No ways, Jesus isn't gonna marry anyone! The Bride of Christ is just symbolic, it means we are one in the body of Christ!
