Take a round rustic bread, cut top off and pull out soft center (makes good fresh bread crumbs). Brush inside with olive oil - both top & bottomand sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Filling goes inside in layers starting with porovelone cheese then a layer of meat like ham or turkey. Add another layer of cheese (any variety/flavor) and another meat. Next layer put roasted red or green peppers, then marinated mushrooms, sliced, then olives (I like the big black ones) Add a layer of meat then sliced tomatoes srinkled with italian seasoning. Continue layers until bread bowl is full. Put on cover and wrap in foil - I add weight to the top. Let this sit for an hour or more. Cut it like you'd cut a pie and enjoy!!

Hmm. Get yourself a nice bread roll (panini type) and fill it with fresh baby spinach leaves, brie cheese, seedless red grapes, and a drizzle of honey-mustard.
Grill it in a panini press, or use a George foreman grill, it works just as well!
Enjoy!
