the answer is put all your negative energy into something positive like going to the gym, joining a slimming club ( i joined slimming world & through healthy eating/moderate portions with a few treats thrown in, I lost wieght, it cost £5 a week but was worth every penny) get a mate involved so you reflect off eachother. when you see yourself getting slimmer your confidence will grow & buying your first pair of trousers in a smaller size is liberating, you will have some bad days, but dont lose heart, keep with it, you are still young so take advantage that you have youth on your side...Good luck!!
