Your question is too vague. it depends on your age and the law that governs your particular state. If both are of legal age in regards to your particular laws then it is a matter of personal taste.

love's not a crime, but you do need to supply some more details, like if they are a teacher or doctor then there may be some ethical issues

but the only thing you'll have to look out for if you're both adults and not under the influence of this person is how your parents will take it

i've been there and had to deal with idiotic parents who think that they are doing the right thing for their daughter only to stuff up a wonderful, loving relationship that would have gone the distance except for their (well her mum really) interference (yep, i'm still angry)

so best of luck to you both and good on you for breaking some barriers

Absolutely not. My husband is 17 years older than me. He even has a son who is 2 years younger than me. The only time it's weird is when he says things like "wow... do you realize that I graduated high school the year you were born?" If I would have met him when we were a lot younger it could have been a crime but we met and fell in love as consenting adults.

No, it is not a crime to be in love with someone older than you. unless you are under age, that is up to you, and how you feel about it. If it feels right to you, then it isn't wrong. If you are asking this, then you maybe are in doubt.

Depends on the age gap - Are we talking a a couple of years or decades?

I'm a 16 yr old female and was in a relationship with a 21 yr old.

Loves knows no boundaries.

It is not a crime. There is no age limit on love... and your age is just a number. If you really love someone then nothing or no one else should matter!

Well as long as you are legal then no it's not a crime. As long as you are in love then it should be ok.

no of course not!! women are more mature than men so they fall in love with older ones because they can comunicate with them better than the men who are in the same age!!
