Walking makes them crap. If they were only taking them out to crap they would only stay out for a few mins - most dog owners stay out for much longer because what we really want is tired sleepy dogs!!!

Exercise will quite often trigger a bowel movement in dogs, so that's why dogs leave their little surprises for some poor soul to tread on! Now.....if the owner was a responsible person they would have a plastic bag with them to clean up after their dog.....but too often they don't and people are too afraid of confrontation to say something to an irresponsible dog owner!

When you wish to take a crap or a piss I assume you will say that you wish to go to the gents. Its just a polite way to express oneself.
The dog owner is simply speaking up for his dog. Its OK , I'm sure.

The family that lives down the street put a sign up in his front yard that reads:
"NO DOG **** IN MY YARD-THANK YOU"
I just thought it kinda funny, ppl around my neighborhood let their dogs poop all over the place, i always take a baggy with in just in case, i do not want to be rude and let my dog mess another person property.

Socialisation, you may or may not see a dog. The dogs nose is 1000 times more sensitive than ours. Defecating and urination are sign posts, IE I`ve bin here.

they are walking them too, just so happens that crap along the way. if they were lazy dog owners they'd let them crap in the garden!
