I wish to donate 33 kgs of my body weight. It would have been a blessing to find a way to give 15 kg to you. On a serious note, try eating banana and milk for breakfast and get all medical checkups done. Walk and exercise. If there is a medical problem, doctors can help you out. Otherwise, if you have just a good metabolism, eat more. I have heard somewhere that olive oil massages help too. You may give that a try too.

Thats a nice question , hardly people think how they will be slim,
as a friewnd i will solve your problem ,there is two way to getting fat one is riskable ands another is unriskable .
the first 1 is you have to go for a doctor, and as they will suggest u to take some medicine if ur down waight.
and the 2nd is you just start non-highinic or foods contains fats like butter or other oily foods.thats it...

1st u decide what u want a fit n healthy body or a fatty body if u want healthy body then pranayam regularly it will help u a lot to get a fit n healthy body with balance wight .
n if u want fat body then just take junk food take lots of rest n sleep most of the time in the day . but i think u don't want this follow my advice n u ll definitely get the result.

if have money. then join a fitness center. They made my friend who if any body saw would take for a malnutritioned person. has gained enough muscle and turned into a marriage material.
Or else you have to see a doctor if you have high metabolism rate or you dont feel like eating.

do this for 20 days and check ur weight.
