Dear Roger89,
The best thing to do, I think, is to include French in your daily information diet. This is valid for any language, actually. For the spoken part, my advice would be to try and watch French films and TV. Stick to things that you're actually interested in so that you have to put in as little conscious effort as possible - your brain will then reabsorb the language without you realising it.
If you have cable, you might be able to get TV5, which is the international French language channel - TV5 regularly displays programmes from all over the French-speaking world, including Quebec, Belgium and Switzerland. For your written French, try to subscribe to French language magazines. Again, try to aim for publications that cover what you are interested in. For current affairs, for instance, "Le Point" is a good choice. You could also catch their online editions.
Finally, don't worry too much. If you spent as long as 10 years in a French-speaking environment during the first part of your life, it is unlikely that you will ever lose your French altogether. In an everyday English language setting, it may indeed seem like your French is vanishing, but all that is actually happening is that your brain is storing it in a kind of "secondary-priority" folder - and generally a few days spent in a French-speaking country will be enough for your mind to subconsciously retrieve everything you need.
Hope this helped,

Of path, I do not believe they ever placed false ones at the ft anyhow. Just inform them you desire a french pedicure, however ensure you toe nails are lengthy- they're going to trim what you are not looking for. When you get a mani or pedi they as a rule simply paint the nail as an alternative than including the acrylic or gel, you ask for that. BUT in the event that they desire to shave the nail- say no, due to the fact that there is also confusion. It's higher to do it your self regardless that, you'll purchase kits for it too.

You need to watch movies in French or listen to French music, this will help with your listening comprehension.
As for your reading comprehension, go for French news on the web via Le Point, Le Monde, Le Nouvel Observateur. This will help you keeping up with social news and recent vocab.
As for your own production practice, try to find a pen pal with whom you'll be able to exchange conversation, both written and spoken..
Good Luck
