being depress is okay for you because that is the way of you talking to your self, to make it easyer dont be afread of your voice lersine to what your body is telling you and you well olways find the answers in your live and remember depression is only about you no one nows what you going true but you only people who love them selfs can beet depression, every thing you go true in this life it can be easy only if you love your self then you can be aboll to love ather people you can never love aders if you dont love your self

I think that trying to read your "statement" (it's not a question ya know!!!!!), made me have a lot of stress!!! Did you ever think about using the spell check feature??? It does work and it makes reading your lengthy statement much easier. Not that it would make much difference, because you just tended to ramble on and on and I had no idea what you were really trying to say or what point you were trying to get across and also because you don't like to use punctuation except the ocassional comma, which didn't really help in making sense of your statement, so before I become depressed from all of this I'm going to "lersine" to my voice and leave.

Depression is okay for you because that is the way you talk to your self. To make it easier don’t be afraid of your voice listen to what your body is telling you and, you will always find the answers in your life.
Remember depression is only about you. No one knows what you going through but you. Only people who love them selves can beet depression. Every thing you know true, in this life. It can be easy; only if you love your self. Then you can be able to love other people. You can never love others if you don’t love your self

Stress is a natural response to assist us in handling our overly busy lives. Depression is a serious illness caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. If left untreated depression can as we know lead to worse things. It is not simply a way to "talk" to yourself.Self awareness and love are very important to an individuals well being that is true. But a person with true clinical depression cannot simply talk or love him/herself into a healthy state of mind. Anyone who reads this and who is in a depressed state for more than two weeks should seek medical advise. Your family physician can help you with mild, temporary depression. If it is severe(thoughts of suicide) then you nee the help of a psychiatrist. There is no shame in seeking help.

I think depression and stress is very serious! It is like a key that starts a chain of illness! seriously its been even proved scientifically! depression has been assosiated to many problems like obesity,losing appetite, sexual disorder and other things. The brain indeed is a very complicated organ. Things like sports, or Chinese Thai Chi or yoga improve well being and are considerd to be good ways to get rid of depression.

tony i correct about the other illness it cause,,american cancer society says 2/3 of cancer patients were severly depressed years b4 getting cancer,,yes may be not loving urself and then the body attacts itself,,ur feelings get so low,,u feel like no one cares and ur usless to society,,can i just snap myself out of this with out meds and counseling?? i dont thinks so

I suffer from clinical depression and stress on a day to day basis and i think it SUCKS!!!!!
