if you have poison in your body - which an infection is- it can travel to all parts via the blood system. It is not unusual to feel ill if you have infections
If you are at all concerned - off to the doctor with you.

la Honey, get yourself to a doctor, it sounds like you have an infection. Your gradually going to get worse, you could loose an arm or leg like that.

If you can't get to a doctor for some reason, please try. Wash it out good with a small brush, it's going to hurt. Than pour peroxide over it, flush it good, use something like Neosporin but, you really need a tetanus injection and probably an anti-biotic shot. This is serious please listen to me. You may think you can do it yourself but, it's better for a doctor to look at it.

You need to see your doctor. Is there any redness spreading away from the wound? if so the infection could be traveling to other parts. It sounds like you need antibiotics.

Then you're on your way to dying. You should get to a hospital as soon as possible. And no, I am not kidding. Once your infection causes your blood to striat then it first goes to your stomach and then starts shutting down your other organs....ultimately your heart. Hurry....go now!! good luck.

Absolutely.
With the nasty germs around these days, head to the ER pronto.
Seriously.
