I have long hair and I use Suave clarifying shampoo. I only use conditioner on the ends. My hair is always full of body and very shiny, because the shampoo takes all of the nasty residue out of your hair.

Yes, if you condition first then shampoo. Condition one more time. When it is time to rinse don't rinse it all the way out. Then after pat drying hair with a towel apply a good leave in conditioner. Adding a little more at the ends. Good luck!

WHen my hair was really long the best shampoo and conditioner I could find was Flexx Balsam and Protein. Its cheap (Dollar Store) but it leavs your hair soft, shiny and beautiful. I dont' use any styling products in my hair so a great shampoo conditioner is all I need.

Suave hair products are good for any hair and they are not expensive. They are often on sale for less than a $1.00.
