Talk a jog, or a walk everyday. Cut out your soda intake completely and watch how much sugar you take in. Just eat healthy and exercise everyday and that should do it.

1. first of cut down on all those un healthy foods and start a fresh new diet filled with all 5 food groups.Make sure u eat alot of fruit and vegies and drink plenty of water.
2. next thing is to make sure u do enough exercise. Do about an hour to hour and a 1/2 a day making sure u stretch before hand and after. Good things to try are dancing, running,swiming,and arobics.
3. once u have done all this u wont only look great u will feel it so have fun at your prom hun xoxoxo

Eat more veggies.But please do not skip meals! This makes you look skinny but unhealthy. I do not think you would like that. Exercise regularly for about 20 mins everyday. Do not sleep just after your meals. Do not eat too much at night and avoid supper and tid-bits. If you do not have time to exercise, climb up the stairs when going up a few floors instead of taking the lift. I think playing the hula hoop is a great choice too. i hope these help!

Ditch all forms of low value calories. (Soda, potatoe chips and fries are at the top of that list.)
Do not eat anything after 2 hours before bedtime.
Reduce carbs but do not go on a pure protine diet. Serve smaller portions and keep a good balance of protiens/vegetables/grains.
Keep in mind that your body automatically changes your metabolism rate whenever calorie count goes down. Therefore you MUST increase your activity/exercise level to compensate.

Take the help of weight loss centres if U want fast results .. they have some equipment which will melt fat.
But the best way is only two things Diet & Exercise

you can work out, run, go to the gym, make yourrself puke, but thats bad for yo,u eat healthy ,run, in london i lost 20 pounds for walking evrywhere, dont eat unhealthy snacks, not eat but thats unhealthy for you, and if you work out you will get skinny but u will weigh more unless u lose more weight that gain muscles.

1- Aerobics everyday, running., stretching.
2- dont eat too much carbs, dont eat fast food eat more protien.
