k I know it's a zit but why does it have to be the size of a goiter?!!!Any ideas on how to defeat this monster on my face??

If its a white head, or not, use a vaporizer/humidifier. Allow your face to be steamed on. Then use a combination of Tea Tree oil with either benzoil peroxide or silacilic acid (spelling, sorry its been a while since ive had a pimple- due to my following of the above advice)
Be careful not to use to much, as your skin will dry and that isnt perrty either.
SO- always put a skin penetrating, evening lotion on.
Do the tea tree one nite, the next nite the penetrating lotion
dont over due it
in time you will have no more goiters on your face
since you do right now though, do what i used to do
stay out of public places until it goes away

Well it never fails for me a get a "monster" like that the day before a big event, and this is what I do and helps me. Keep in mind it may not work well on you, and you may have an opposite reaction. First I wash my face with a acne face cream then I take a Q-Tip and put rubbing alcohol on it and rub it on it, ( so it will dry it out) then I take the other end of the Q-Tip and put peroxide on it (to kill any germs) then I take some good old fashioned toothpaste and put a layer of that over it and go to bed. The next morning it is at least 1/2 the size it was. Good luck!

Listen closely: Don't under any conditions, pinch it. You have tons of staph living and just waiting on your face for some warm place to snuggle up to, like a nice ripe zit, and small razor wound.
Either put a band aid on it and let it run it's time or use a hot wash rag continually until it comes to a head and then you can just about wipe it off. Use peroxide to clean it. Don't pinch, you can damage your skin also leaving a permanent mark.

Wipe it with rubbing alcohol. It should go away later. Because there is just build up germs in and on the zit. Dont bust it! there will be a scar. n put some antibiotic cream after it busts on its own.
