You could start off with trying to make eye contact with him. Once he's spotted you, then give him a smile. If he smiles back then try just try striking up a conversation with him. Nothing personal, just something general. If the response is positive, but he remains shy, then after awhile you could suggest going to the movies...... Of course, this might happen over a few days, don't rush it and don't come on too strong. If his response is negative though, then steer clear and find a guy who would maybe rather be the one pursuing you!

Go out with him for a movie or any public place and keep on touching him with some or the other pretext. make sure that u do it in a public place. Just see if he is loving it or not. if he starts liking it then u can make ur second move. Mail me when ur first move succeeds and i will tell what to do next.
