Strawberry & Frog meat Jam
From my Grandfather: from Afiraca
Makes: 4 servings
Prep Time: 1 hour, 0 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour, 0 minutes
Ready In: 2 hours, 0 minutes

Ingredients
4 cups fresh frog meat grinded with 3 cups sugar
1 large box strawberry jello

Directions
Clean frog meat; cut into small pices and grind in meat grinder or food processor.

Put meat in large heavy duty pot. Pour the sugar over the the meat; then the jello. Let the mixture soak for 30 to 45 minutes.

Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Lower heat and cook on a low fire for 30 minutes after the mixture came to a boil. The mixture is not real thick.

Place the canning jars and lids in hot water.

Pour the mixture into the canning jars that have been placed in hot water so the jars will not break. Seal, cool and store.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no - you need to find at least four young frogs who all have a good basic understanding of jazz.

Lots of science teachers make this for their wives - they take their work home with them!

You can find it in the vivisection of all supermarkets or any French Deli's.
