i be attentive to the type you sense! I used to bleach my hair alot which took away all shine that I had in my hair! I then began utilising deep conditioners all of the time yet that became severe priced and my hair replaced into no longer very good. I then chanced on Aussie shampoo and conitioner which worked super! my hair had under no circumstances been so astonishing till now :) the only element approximately utilising the shampoo and conditioner replaced into that it made my hair form of oily on the roots which i did no longer like. So i desire to propose scrubbing the shampoo in alot on the roots and around your face, the place you hairline is. Rinse it out and then use the conditioner in elementary terms on your ends, believe me. stable success!

actually, you could eat foods higher in vitamin A, but lower in vitamin B.
vitamin A rich foods can make your hair appear more shiny with more sheen.
vitamin B rich foods, add a more healthier type volumizer type look. thicker hair and such...

well..i have naturally black, shiny, straight hair ..all you need to do is: before takin a bath, you should put some olive oil on it..or you should use on oil bath ..or you can put some fresh lemon juice ( of course without sugar) it gets rid of dandruff and leaves the hair super shiny,clean,neat...
EVERYTHING YOU USE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 45 MUINITS BEFORE TAKING A BATH...
i hope i helped you..it worked with my neighbour...
