I have degenerated L3/4 and L4/5 IV discs. Now a days sex urge is more and my two thighs are getting sensitive and it is felt in my eyes.

look to avoid pain & preassure on ur body i can suggest that ask ur partner to come up & u lay down it will help more as its new position 4 u u will be enjoying it but it need ur partner to be supportive
