Te quiero / te amo / yo amor tu (Spanish)
Je t'aime (french)
ana bahebak ( i love you for a guy in arabic)
ana bahebek ( i love you for a girl in arabic)
S'agapw (Greek)

Another way to say it in english:
you mean the world to me
no one in this world could replace you
your the one for me
you've stolen my heart
i dedicate my heart and life to you
no words could describe the way i feel towards you
hope this helped :)

In Korean I love you, in the informal way, is ì¬ëí´... or at least I think.
In American Sign Language, you would first make a fist, and then stick out the rhumb, index, and pinky fingers. Sticking the pinky out makes the "I" handshape, sticking out the index and thumb makes the "L" handshape, and sticking out the pinky AND thumb makes the "Y" handshape. So really it's "ILY." Nifty, ain't it?
