Absolutely, just make sure that you use a microwave-safe dish and that the leftovers were refrigerated promptly after cooling. Whenever in doubt, I always do the "nose" test. If it smells funky, toss it.

yup. it is better to get glass containers to warm up food and not use plastic. i never trusted plastics and now they are more sure it leaks gunk into food in the microwave.
