He was trying to flatter you basically he is saying he is surprised someone as attrractive as you (i presume) is interested in him

Oh no, if he shows that picture to the police, you can totally be arrested!
It's a new law, so not a lot of people know about it. But yeah, you can be arrested for being too hot. A girl at my school did the same thing about 3 weeks ago, and she's facing ten years in prison.
