It's never too soon and it's never too late because time waits for no one!!!! So jump right in and get into the spirit of Christmas. Dint you start reminding everyone in your family that you have a month to go or two before your birthday? Same thing only bigger bash and worldwide so yeah let your kids play those carols like there is no tomorrow

If it makes them happy & stops them moaning, i think they should play Carols at Easter if they want to. Who made the rule that they can only play certain tunes from a particular date.
Sky movies puts on Christmas films all year round (Home Alone, Miracle on 34th Street, for example) so let them sing Carols whenever they feel like it.

When my kids were young we had a 'rule' that Christmas carols and songs could not be put on at home until Dec. 1st!

Ok, It's never to early to celebrate Christmas! In school we are singing them so much! I say let your kids spread a little holiday cheer!

Happy Holidays!

I usually start listening to Christmas music around September. Which I guess is rather odd but I kinda like it.

Right after Thanksgiving. But my family is all gone now, so I sold the big tree and years of collecting unique ornaments and bought a small fibre optic tree. No dinner, no nothing now. Just a little tree.

No, all the radio stations are doing it and stores at the mall are too! I think you should be worried if your kids want to play it in October, but anytime after Halloween is acceptable.
