Is this a legal-binding? or can i just simply "un-godparent" my child for no reason? and if not, then how? im Catholic, and my child was baptised with her god-parents intow....

I don't think it's legally binding...that would be a violation of the treasured separation between church and state, wouldn't it?

There is no legal binding committment to a god parent. It is merely a title.
