You are lucky to have two good and loving parents. Most of all they are lucky to have you. Just the fact that you are thinking of them means more than any gift. I think the ideal way to show them how you really love them is simply plan a day you can all spend a day together doing everyones fav thing.

A phone call is a good idea. Also, mailing them a letter lets them know you put time and thought into contacting them.

I tell my parents what i do, and if I ever have something I could brag about like an A in exam I tell them.
I cant brag to my friends because thats just ...well weird... but parents really appreciate our achivements...
If you want them to know you think about them, you should talk to them, with humerous fun. Or ask what their doing...or about what they used to do when there little... dads love to talk about work...and moms are all about family line history
