no no no ..and no
all sorts of reasons the first that comes to mind is that when things don't work out in your personal life, things will be a complete mess at work..yeah may even end up with one of you losing your job..this not even mentioning the sexual harassment mess that can go on as well

Absolutely, my parents did this and they are still married.....I would say yes because chances are you both or one of you will not work there your whole lives.....So you'll have the bonus of have something in common at first and you will get to see a side of them many married people never see, and later on any minus's will likely go away once one of you moves up or on with the company in question.

Yes and no.
The Plus: You can see the person every single day.
The Neg: If you have an arguement with this person, guess what???? You will still have to see this person every day.
The Plus: You can see the person every single day.
The Neg: What if there is some one else at work that you may be digging on too. You have just ruined your additional action and have limited yourself.
The Plus: You can car pool.
The Plus: You may get your breakfast and lunch paid for.
The Neg: You may have to pay for their meals on occasion too.
The Neg: They may get jealous if they see you socializing with the opposite sex (competition).
The Neg: What if the sex is bad and you have to see this person at work the next day.
The Plus: What if the sex is good, you may not be able to concentrate at work the next morning.
The list can go on and on.

I'm dating someone at work. We chat all day and have lunch together every day in a group of people. We're not openly affectionate at work, but outside work sometimes people see us together. We try to avoid the gossip, but actually its working out fine. I look forward to going to work now too so I can see her.

there are two considerations.
1) the right person for you will be the right person for you, regradless of where you meet them or when.
2) the wrong person for you, you date at work can complicate things to the point where you must be willing to quit for the potential relationship should it be the wrong person.
3) nothing happens....and you have a secret at work you don't talk about.
the girl i dated at work, was great until we broke up and i got so depressed i couldn't go to work. then i got fired and she got my job....that was hilarious.

I am engaged to the guy I dated at work. When I come home and wanna talk about somebody he allready knows who that person is and why I'm mad at them. It just gives us something else to have in common and we understand the stresses that we have about work.

I met my bf at work and we're fine.
+ You see each other more
+ You get to see how he reacts under pressure (if he has anger issues)
+ You see how he treats other people
- It can interfere with work
- It can lead to arguments
- You have to see each other alot
