The chemicals in cigarettes are highly toxic to your skin.and organs. YES, smoking ages you much faster, like the sun ages you if you get too much, like more than two hours a day. (Leave newspaper in the sun for a couple days and see what happens.) The repeated action of the facial muscles involved with smoking cause excess creases around lips and eyes, which can only be reversed by readily available cosmetic surgery.
If you quit smoking, you'll have plenty of money to spend on reasonable surgery to reverse the damage almost completely, and your skin will start to take on a natural glow with a few weeks of quitting. Water and clear fluids will flush the toxins out over time and people WILL notice a difference in how you look, and definitely in how you smell!

yes it ages and yellows the skin. It causes deep creases in the face, lines around the lips. The skin is not getting enough oxygen. You can tell a long-time smoker by looking at their face. If you quit you will stop further damage, but can't undo the damage you already have.

That is what they say...but I can tell you that i smoked for ten years and quit over a year ago. And there was a dramatic, positive change in my skin and hair and the way my body felt over all. It is just tough getting thorough that first month but it is worth it.

Yes, if you smoke long enough smoking will make you look older.
I don't know if quiting will make your skin look younger, but it should stop aging your skin.

Smoking, as a whole, is not good and yes, it probably does affect your skin but, to see it, I don't know.
