Doing a concert with my local Amateur Operatic Society, looking for a duet to sing with another soprano. Was going to sing 'I Know Him So Well' from Chess, but not too sure about that choice. Anybody got any recommendations? Can be from any show/G&S/musical.

Rope in a tenor and do "In My Life" from Les Mis.
"I still believe" or "Movie in My Mind" from Miss Saigon might be OK, but they go quite low for sops from what I remember (I think A below middle C).
The only other thing that springs to mind is "Pie Jesu" from Requiem (not strictly speaking a musical, but in that style).
Is there anything in Mamma Mia? Haven't seen that, but Abba a quite good for female duets, so they're might be something there.
Hope it goes well whatever you do.

First, there really aren't that many, if any, songs that can show off belting AND a very high head voice. If you're looking for a good very high song, one you could try is glitter and be gay. Fun, challenging, very challenging, incredibly challenging, and very easy to mess up and sound like crap, but when done correctly, it sounds amazing. I'm not really sure of any very high belted songs (I have a friend who's a coloratura soprano so I know some of the really high ones, but no friend thats an incredible belting alto)

A couple of ideas. If you are younger, "If Momma was married" from Gypsy is cute. If you are a bit older, "Marry the man today" from Guys and Dolls is funny. I think there's a really clever duet from "Thoroughly Modern Millie" as well.

Also, "Why, oh why, Ohio" from Wonderful Town is good for teen/young adults. There is also a duet for the stepsisters from Cinderella.

One of my favourite duets in my singing days was Rossini's "Cat Duet"...odd and entertaining.
