Well. Put a project plan and apporach any certified NGO who probably can fund the plan. But you seriously need to have good plan before you can convince anybody.

First & Foremost do visit some of the big orphonages in your areas and try to get more knowledge about the way they treat the orphans the way they maintain the organistion.
Try to get the name of the organisation in which ur going to start a orphonage , Then try to have contacts with MSW INSTITUTES ( the institutes in which graduation /post graduation for Social service dept is given ) so that the student's who study there will help you , since its a part of curriculam in there course.
Contact the people in your locality , speak to the near by village officers tyr to find the orphans .
Try to meet the CELEBRITIES , Top buisiness man peoples in your locality to raise fund for your organistion , they will also help you since they get tax redemption if your organisation is registered
And when you process all these slowly and steadily you will get some new ideas and views from other's which will help you to do service better.

Contact your nearest NGO /Rehabiltation house.They have links and contacts.Also they should be able to give you professional advice.
