Salam.It can be done (1)directly who will be found at the mosque,at the islamic center or from muslim association,at school and at the college or university and any place where there is muslim guy (2) indirectly through mediator such as parents,relatives and friends,thro ugh internet ,through pen friends on the news paper or magazine etc All ways should be performed for finding the best one.Allah will not give spouse without efforts.Insya allah you will find him.
