Have you tried just honestly making an effort to stop yourself, everytime you start to stress about something someone else does? Try to fill your mind with other more important things.... get a hobby even...you need something else to focus on. And remind yourself that other peoples' business doesn't concern you or affect you! Just doing something constructive and/or relaxing may help you alot!

Try to meditade 10 minutes every day. search in the google how to meditate or relaxation. In two weeks or stress is going to be different.
The problem of stress is that people concentrate on the outside, and what people think about us.
If you center on yourself things will be different
i meditate like this:
1. lay down on your bed , face up, close your eyes
2. imagine you are drawing your limits in a paper under you.
3. start drawing with an imaginare pencil from one feet, all over you body.
4. do it slowly
5. when you finish start moving lightly your legs, than your body, arms, and finally open your eyes.
i hope you understand, my english is not very good. lol

I am going through the same thing at work. I can;t sleep , I feel like someone hit me in the stomach and I get bad headaches. I did start taking a mineral called Stress-X and I am doing breathing exercises. This is helping a lot. I am also trying to change my mindset on what is really important. In other words I am trying not to sweat the small stuff.....and it's all small stuff. I have to keep telling myself this but it seems to help me.

First things first, set your priorities right. And then ask yourself if you really want to care about other people's matters.
I'm not asking you to be selfish, but rather love yourself. You need to understand yourself first before you can help others.
I reckon you should just relax, perhaps some shopping or a spa retreat will be good. And when you're ready write down what's really bothering you, and then fix it.
If you have a friend who is constantly pouring his/her troubles to you. You have to take action and tell him/her nicely, that you have your own stress to cope as well, and it would be considerate of him/her not to stress you out with their on problems.
I understand that things may not be as smooth as you want it to be, but that's life.
You too should talk things out to your close friend, don't bottle things up!
All the best!
