I would like to know what is your pet peeve with one another. And how to work on ithose flaws and improve their relationships.

Poor communication, and poor listening skills. Someone can listen to you, but not really hear what you are saying. That is my pet peeve with my partner, or when he presumes to know what I want, even after I've said exactly what I want.
